Madison and Kayla are the best budtenders!!! When my preferred product is out of stock, they always make great suggestions on other product and know their product well! All staff is wonderful those girls are just the BEST!!!

Online ordering usually takes longer than walk ups. Online orders are not filled until you get to the front of the line, adding additional wait time. Website is difficult to navigate. The points system is entirely defunct. Rarely have appropriate staffing. Staff is not knowledgeable on product. -long time customer looking for a new shop

Great prices. The lines are usually long, but I think it's just because they are always so busy. Friendly, knowledgeable staff, that always greet you with a smile and helpful suggestions.

I ordered on line. Went to pick up order when told ready for pick up. At the store was told just have to waiting in the long line with the walk in customers. I ordered from Tree house drove to the location was in and out in 3 minutes max. 2 girls very charming unlike the crew at local overstuffed not at all geared for quality customer service. Highly recommend Tree house club on trent.

Locals!!! Why??? Okay, one line for everyone. I’ll be patient and wait it out and see what happens. But now our online orders are not pulled until we get to the store? This is not forward progress in a world of convenience and efficiency. I’m so frustrated with this process and by the look of the usually chill budtenders, they are too. There is a chaotic vibe behind the counter and fewer smiles. To whomever made this decision…. you royally messed up.
